This is our smoked and succulent pork belly. Marinated overnight with secret recipe of rubs and home made spices, it is smoked for several hours using the finest cherry and apple wood to render the meat and melt the fat over it. We take the belly and grill the skin to make it crispy and crunchy, resting on pan fried cabbage as a base.
Minimum order is 500 grams and the pork comes in spicy/non-spicy flavor.
